- Headed the Internal Audit and Risk Management for TPG Wholesale (Funded by TPG Capital, world’s largest private equity fund). Was integral part of the senior leadership team.
- He was associated with Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) as Controller – Global Internal Audit. Responsible for Internal Audit and fraud investigations across 150+ countries where NSN has presence. Responsible to the Board & Nokia Audit Committee.
- Set up & Co-headed Indian Operations for Control Solutions International, a Risk Advisory & Consulting Firm, with presence in more than 30 countries.
A Chartered & Cost Accountant with 30 years of post qualification experience in Risk Consulting, Performance Management, Internal Audit and Assurance Services, Control Designing (based on COSO/ COBIT framework), Business Process Mapping and Re-engineering, SOX, Fraud & Forensic Advisory, Capital Raising & Business Structuring, Business & Financial Planning & Analysis.
His industry exposure spans Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, BPO, Engineering, Sugar, Power, Automotives, Healthcare, Farming, E-commerce, FMCG, IT/ITES, Pharma, Horeca, Education, Funds, INFRA, BFSI and Insurance.
